We’ve been with Quadracolour printing the interleaves for the first 6 Agar Street.WC2 work to come off the press. Owners of the scheme, Legal and Generals’ strategy for the Agar Street development is to emphasise the smart thinking that’s gone into the internal design features of the scheme, by architects Darling Associates. An impressive central courtyard runs through the centre of the building with terracing on several floors and striking artworks from Kate Maestri in the reception areas. We’ve produced a scheme design document that reflects the architects thinking and supports joint agents Knight Frank and EA Shaw’s slow-build approach.
